In Houston, shelters are overrun as almost a million homeless dogs and cats roam the streets. In Seattle, many shelters and rescues are empty as loving families search for a fur-baby. Houston Pets Alive! and The Lance McCullers Junior Foundation are teaming up to transport Houston dogs to Seattle to find loving homes.
