Kristina, while very proud, would never ask for financial help. However, we all know she is a hard-working school teacher and every cent of her already too small paycheck is mostly spent on daily expenses and living costs before she receives it.
She is already in debt from paying out-of-pocket on some medical expenses and has not even really started the process yet. She is facing a bilateral Mastectomy followed by chemo and radiation. She does have medical insurance, but we all know that there are still so many costs which are not covered that come with illness.
