Hello Everyone! For those of you that know me you know that I have wanted a business of my own for some time now. I have been working very hard for someone else for the last four years and I have learned that I could be doing it for myself and doing it better. 


I am very passionate about creating experiences with people around a table with great food. I have a sincere interest in catering and one day owning a small establishment of my own. I feel that it is now or never, so I want to get  started. I am getting the necessary things in place to run a catering operation ie: rented kitchen space, permits, insurance, but I could use some assistance with spreading the word and acquiring specific equipment.
