wheelchair van

We are raising money to buy a new wheelchair van..I have two boys with Duchennes muscular dystrophy and they can no longer walk. They are very weak and it is getting harder to pick them up. My oldest is 17 and has a power chair and my youngest has a manual chair until we can get a new van. Anything helps, thank you.
