Jose Luis was a free spirit with a wild streak, who lived life with vigor and pizazz! We know that he has now found peace in the arms of God and his Grandmother who adored him greatly before she passed.
Jose Luis left behind many friends and family including his two brothers and his single mother, Rossana. She fought her entire life to give him the best life that she could.
