John Philip Sousa Honor Band Cost

Hello everybody,
A few weeks ago, I found out that I got accepted into the John Philip Sousa National Honor Band after sending an audition video, taking place in Boxbourough, Massachusetts, July 14-18.
This is a massive honor, and I'm extremely thankful to be accepted into this kind of opportunity. I’ve been doing music since 6th grade, and plan on going into it for college, and I believe this opportunity would be a great experience for future bands.
That being said, the cost for the festival and the travel to get there and back are very high, and so I made a fundraiser for it.
The total cost is ~1,000 dollars, and the fundraiser goal will reflect that if the growth enough. The money will be used for the festival cost fee ($570) and the travel cost (~$400-$500)
It’s a very steep fee, which is why I started so small. If people could donate enough money, I’d be GREATLY appreciative. This seriously means a lot to me, and I’m grateful to just be able to do this.
