My family is grieving over the tragic loss of Herminio Padilla and our sons no longer have a father. He was tragically killed in an accident on the job and not only are we mourning our loss of a wonderful father but also hit with funeral expenses that really should be paid completely by the City Of West Palm Beach but now we're expected to pay them instead. Please help us. This is beyond devastating.
