It is with great sadness that the Melendez family announces the untimely passing of Amy Melendez, 26. The family would kindly appreciate your support during this time of need. Amy was a great mother, daughter, sister and friend to many. Her unexpecting passing will be difficult to bear. Daughter to Domingo & Milagros "Millie" Melendez. Sister to Lesly Medina, Melissa Melendez, Julie Ortiz, Billy Ortiz and Geovanni Ortiz. Mother to Amalex Vasquez, 8, and Lexi Marie Vasquez, 3.
Funeral service will be provided by Diaz-Healy Funeral Home Lawrence, MA. Calling hours will be Sunday February 8th, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm at Lawrence Elks Lodge 652 Andover Street Lawrence, MA 01843. A Memorial Service will be held at 10am on Monday February 9th, 2015 at Grace Episcopal Church 35 Jackson Street Lawrence, MA 01840.
