We are the Battaglia Family from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and we are fundraising on behalf of our Grandmother, Liz Shaffer, who has lived in SoCal for decades.

The Eaton Fire has completely destroyed the house that my son's great-grandmother has called home for over 10 years.

If you know Granny, you know that her heart is broken, but she will persevere, with or without help. Being her closest kin, we call on all of our friends and family to please, please honor this Navy Veteran and all-around beautiful woman in any way that you can.

She was mandatorily evacuated at 3 am and tragically had to leave everything behind. While family photos and fond memories are irreplaceable, housing, clothing, food, and everyday essentials are needed; a sad truth for thousands displaced by the numerous active fires burning in Southern California.
