Liv's new heart

My name is Liv Lee North, I am 3 months old and I need a new heart. When I was born my parents found out my heart was defective. On December 7th, my doctors told my mom Jessica and my grandma Janet Thomas that my heart was not ever going to get better. The doctor said it was not if I would need a transplant BUT when I would need a new heart.
On December 30th Liv was rushed to the ER with heart failure and has been in the hospital since. 
The medical bills are starting to come in and even though Jon and Jessica have medical insurance the hospital is out of network for their insurance and they have a lot of bills that are not being paid by insurance. Liv will probably be in the hospital for at least 6 months on an Ecmo machine before she receives her new heart. 
My name is Janet Thomas and Liv is my granddaughter and I'm asking for help to get mom and dad the funds to help with the medical bills and the help they will need to stay with Liv at the hospital during this difficult time. 
Liv is in Randall's Children's Hospital in Portland OR at this time but she will be in Seattle Children's Hospital for the transplant.
