Living Word Renovation Project

On behalf of Living Word COGOP, my wife Ronique and l greet you in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I pray this letter finds you blessed and highly favored of God our Father. As you may know in September 2014, I answered the call of the Lord to plant a church in the Bronx, New York. Over the past four years God has blessed us and we have continued to see His hand work mightily in the fellowship of Living Word COGOP. The gospel is preached, and souls are being saved.
As a growing church family, we find ourselves positioned by the grace God to lay claim to the initial parcel of ground that will initiate our 2025 Vision. The 2025 Vision will allow us to redevelop a residential property into a 10,000 square foot church facility. Here the vison and ministry of a Living Word will change lives in the Castle Hill and Soundview sections of the Bronx, New York. However, our first step at Living Word is to raise $40,000 to renovate this residential space for our current and future meeting use.
As the pastor of this amazing church family I am soliciting both your prayers and financial assistance. I am asking that you would consider sowing into this fertile ministry to help us raise the funds to purchase the promise. Like Abraham in Genesis 23 we are positioned to possess a small but strategic piece of property. Your contribution is a seed of faith, faith that God has called us to this work, and faith that God can take a small parcel of ground and turn it into a community focused church where the gospel can be preached, and the love of God shown.
We are looking to raise these funds by June 1, 2019. All proceeds will go directly to our renovation plans and are considered charitable donations.
