Living memorials honour the life of a departed loved one by emphasizing life, rather than death. The idea is to shift the focus away from death and towards a celebration of their life as it lives on in the memories of their friends and family.
Mark's Brockville Hiking Club Family will be planting a tree in his honour somewhere on the Brock Trail so there will be a place of peace and solitude for you to go and remember.
All donations towards this effort will be very much appreciated and will go directly to the planting of Mark's tree and potentially a Memorial Bench.
