Living & Hospital Expenses

This GoFundMe page is in support of my father-in-law, Rich Bragg. You will adore Rich if you are acquainted with him. He is considerate, comical, and kind; he makes light of every circumstance. He's willing to sacrifice everything in order to assist someone in need.

He was admitted to the hospital on February 25th due to pneumonia and Afib. He was subsequently transferred to the intensive care unit and placed on BiPap until the 29th, at which point ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) developed which is a very serious medical condition. The vent was eventually removed from him on March 3, but he may remain in the hospital for an additional two to three weeks, according to the doctors. It will take him an extended period of time to thoroughly recover.

Because of everything that has transpired, both he and Lisa, my mother-in-law, have been absent from work. As you are aware, the cost of living continues to rise, which has caused financial difficulties for both of them due to their inability to work. When he will be able to resume employment remains unknown. With the funds we hope to collect, they will be able to catch up on their financial obligations and purchase necessities without having to rush his recovery. They need not be concerned with how they will pay their bills and meet other basic requirements.
