Living for a Living

Hi ! My name is Derrick, a creator from Los Angeles, my story starts roughly 2 years ago when I first travelled to Japan, It completely changed how I perceived my way of life. Why that is important? It’s because the last 5 years I haven’t truly lived my life to it’s fullest potential. My dream of traveling didn’t start when I went to japan... it started when I was a young boy. I was always fascinated with the world and all it had to offer! From the ancient history of Egypt to the unsolved mysteries of Peru, I wanted to see it all. I’m opening a Gofundme to jumpstart my dream because it’s takes money to travel. I’m not afraid to ask for help because this journey I’m about to embark on....I can’t do this alone. I’ve given away most of my belongs and sold most of what I owned just to minimize as much as I can before I take off. In regards to funds, I've saved as much as I could.. but not as much as I projected. I need just a little more to buy time to build a following on my YouTube channel, I would need to start earning before my saved funds runs out. With this extra money from gofundme,I will not only secure a successful future but will also take the stress of failing before I even got a chance to change my life. Every single dollar going towards this fundraiser is a dollar towards my dream, my beliefs and my drive to make something out of nothing.
