Living Expenses for Margot During Recovery

My best friend Margot has just finished up 8 months of cancer treatment including a double mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation. At this point all she should have to do is focus on healing but alas another unfortunate plot twist has emerged. 

Margot’s husband should have been her strongest supporter, but instead he decided to take up with another woman and has told her he wants a divorce. 

 We have also discovered that Margot was never added to the lease on their apartment and she needs to move with her three children into a new home as soon as possible. She has been unable to work these last 8 months and was unable to collect short term disability because she was self employed.
