We just moved back to Washington for a fresh start, but shortly after arriving, our world changed. Gina has been diagnosed with liver failure. Everything we had planned has suddenly come to a stop. The reality now is that she needs a liver transplant.

We’ve been through so much together — from growing up as sisters who were once separated, to finding our way back to each other and becoming best friends who could always count on one another. Now, one of us is fighting for her life, and the other is standing beside her.
