Hi. My name is Faiyaz Islam. I am an average teenager in Sunnyside, New York. To current time, Yemen is amidst a prolonged war between Saudi Arabia and Iran; unfortunately, this led millions of innocent Yemenis to face to face one of the largest humanitarian crises in mankind. Millions of these people don't have a place to call home or any access to help sustain their families' health. With also being affected by ongoing famine and the coronavirus, this is becoming a severe issue. 

Furthermore, for me, as the average teenager, I could no longer see pictures of malnourished/dying Yemeni babies in my Instagram feed as well as throughout the Internet. I feel that for the sake of aiding those innocent people for a better life, change must be taken into place. I believe that it's mine and everyone's responsibility to raise awareness for any issue in the world, like this. So, want to join me in making a difference.
