As many of you know Luis has been dealing with liver disease for many years. In February of this year he was diagnosed with Liver Cancer and has undergone treatment to reduce the tumors. He is at a stage now where he is eligible for a Liver transplant - a second chance to this great gift of life. This however implies great financial burden due to medical expenses as well as relocation costs to Jacksonville. It is not like us to ask for help, not because of pride, just simply because it is not in our nature to do so. I know that a lot of people are in need, especially in these challenging times, but I just wanted to share with our friends and family. 
Sending good wishes, prayers, healing thoughts and spreading organ donation awareness, will be cherished more than ever. We thank each and everyone of you for your care & consideration through these difficult times.
