Chris is an amazing father & husband who has given himself fully to his family, his wife Holly, his son Drake & his daughter Rylie. If you know him, you know how supportive & compassionate he is. You'd also know a bit about his health battles (Crohn's disease) and how he's now ended up on the Liver Transplant List. If you aren't familiar, here is a small description of what's he's gone through and what he and his family have ahead of them.
- Chris has been dealing with health issues since grade school & was misdiagnosed in high school. This lead to the doctors incorrectly removing his entire large intestine.
- The symptoms persisted, and finally in 2009 at the age of 25 he was successfully diagnosed.
- After years of harsh medication combinations, in 2017 he was also diagnosed with PSC Liver Disease (Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis).
- Due to the years of severe damage caused by the Crohn's Disease Chris had to get a permanent ileostomy bag in 2019.
- This summer, Chris' liver disease progressed so aggressively that he is now on the Liver Transplant List.
This next phase in Chris' journey will be extremely trying for him & his family. There will be a lot of missed work, childcare costs, mediation and doctor appointments not covered by insurance, and more. His family will need help with these costs. At the advise of his doctor, we are starting to get together every penny we can so when it's his turn everything is ready to go.

Thank you so much!
