Liver transplant find new home close to hospital

Hello my name is DeSean Foster and I’m a sixteen year basketball player who has unexpectedly suffered from complete liver failure, infection in both lungs, and 24hr dialysis due to distressed kidneys. I am currently in rehabilitation from my liver transplant and everyday is a struggle. I can’t participate in the one thing I love most and that is basketball. I must now not only adapt to my painful healing process but I must now adapt to my new city, Indianapolis. Hammond IN, use to be my home city but being a liver transplant recipient I must find a new home closer to my doctors and physical therapist. With your help I could reach my goal with trying to find a new place to live, a new place I can call home, and one day go back to school to play basketball and continue my dreams of going to college to play.
