Lower Macungie Library Librarian Jen has been suffering with a malfunctioning liver for many years, and this year has been especially difficult for her.  However, our other librarian Greg, has generously and selflessly become her organ donor.  On November 2, 2017 both will undergo surgery.   Jen will need about three months to recover.  Greg will need about one month.  Their colleagues have set up this fund to support items not covered by medical insurance - such as travel, lodging, food, and household help.
