Hi, my name is Mandy, and I am founding a company, writing a book and launching a brand called Live Inspired.

I seek to live life to the fullest and to help others do the same in every area of our lives. When we are young, we have hopes, dreams and exhuberance. But as the years pass, where does our exuberance go?

The demands, responsibilities, challenges and unpredicted setbacks of life can sometimes deplete us. But we can't let them defeat us. Let's get our resilience back and live inspired!

This book is born out of my passion to help people find healing, strength, and purpose in every area of life. I believe that even in our hardest seasons, we can discover hope, resilience, and joy.

It is for anyone at any age and any stage of life - from young adults to 100 year olds!

When I was in my 20s, I endured a very challenging season with a toxic relationship.

As I sought to move on and reclaim my life, along with my young daughter, I was determined to restore the life I had lost - the inner life of peace, love and joy. I wanted to return to the time when I woke up feeling anticipation about each day and the wonder and joy of the journey ahead.

Life was meant to be lived and lived well! That is what this book, brand, coaching company and journey are about.
