Hi, my name is Liv and I will be climbing Snowdon on the 27th of July to raise funds for my trip to Costa Rica with Camps International. www.campsinternational.com

In total, I need to raise £5,000 so this is just part of my fund raising journey.

I will be spending a month in Costa Rica in July 2026, where I will be working with the local communities. I could get the opportunity to help build classrooms, homes, or toilets. I could be helping to build greenhouses or planting tree nurseries growing native plants. I could be supporting micro-finance initiatives with local women’s groups or helping to install a clean water supply for a village.

I am very much looking forward to the challenge of this expedition and the unique insight I will gain into other’s lives.

Whilst I am there, I will also get the opportunity to gain my PADI SCUBA diving certificate and the chance to camp in the jungle and on beaches. I am also looking forward to these challenges and experiences.

Climbing Snowdon is quite a challenge for me due to my long covid but with the support of my best friend, Harriet, who is joining me, I’m hoping this challenge is the first of many in the coming year. If you can, please consider sponsoring me for this climb. Every little bit helps!
