Sophie's Squad is a non-profit organization that aims to improve the mental health of athletes from youth to college. The organization was founded in 2021 with the mission of raising awareness of mental health issues and removing the stigma associated with seeking help.

We recognize that athletes juggle a lot of things at once while playing the sport they love, and we want to be a support system to help them prioritize taking care of themselves, especially their mental health. Our mission is to bring athlete mental health awareness to friends, family, coaches, players, and the community at large in order to make a positive impact and change the narrative around mental health. By working together, we can create a culture that values mental wellness as much as physical fitness in the athletic community.
