Help Tan (poodle) stay in hospital!

My friend Coco had Tan the poodle ever since when he was a little baby. Two years down the road they had the addition of Tammy, Tan's life partner. It has been a total of 4 years now that Coco and her husband and the two pets have been living together.
On March 23rd, Tan started throwing up non-stop and his owners took him to the vet. They took an X-ray and found out there were two pennies in this stomach! With no doubt, the owners agreed to a surgery to remove the pennies from Tan's stomach, costing $3643.60. After the successful surgery, they diagnosed Tan with metallic poisoning. Since then, Tan has been under the hospitals supervision and the hospital bill is about $2100-2400 every 24 hours. Tan can only leave the hospital the day that he eats and with no signs of vomiting. So far, he has not eaten a thing. The vet has advised that they will be feeding him through tubes, but it is not guaranteed that he will not vomit.
The owners Coco and her husband are devasted. They love their pet so much that they will spend everything they got to cure him. However, they are uncertain how much longer they can continue to pay his hospital bill.
