You see we lost our home recently due to severe mold spore contamination. Add to that my son developed pneumonia and we learned about it the day we became displaced (Last Monday, July 27, 2015). My wife and I were heart broken and in dismay. The landlords don't have the means to repair it as the costs are astronomical and their insurance don't cover mold damage. I won't go into the cause of the mold, that's for another post. However, what I want to share is that my 2 year has lost everything. His clothes, his toys, his first born clothing, his first christmas toys, his beloved guitar, his Star Wars books and action figures. Even at only two he has turned into quite the Star Wars afficionado. Anyways, the pain alone of losing our home, followed by the uncertainty of where to go and what to do wasn't enough - we then learned that repairing or simply cleaning my son's toys wasn't feasible. We wil have to toss it. This killed me. This was the last straw. My heart is destroyed.  I know that in time we can replace all that is lost. My son turns two on Sept 4 and now we are looking to postpone any Birthday parties, we can't afford it. At the moment we are still looking for a place to live with no success. Thank you.
