Hello everyone :)  My name is Janine, and I am the mother of a wonderful 2-year old daughter named Audrey.  She is my heart and soul, and I have loved and cared for her since I brought her into this world.
In July, Audrey's father hired an attorney that specializes in father's rights, and petitioned for full custody. This completely removed her from my care. I have now attempted to represent myself in Family Court twice, and have had my heart broken by the decisions of the court, despite my best preparations and efforts.
My focus is to regain joint custody of my daughter and give her the bright future I planned for. After enduring these two courtroom hearings, I realize I must seek legal counsel to represent me.  The legal retainer of $4,000 is my goal, and whatever you can contribute is received with gratitude and love.
