Little Skye needs help

Hello! My name is Skye and I am a 5 month old kitten from Edinburgh who needs your help.
Sadly like many kittens my sister Kilda and I were taken away from our mummy too young. So my stomach and digestive tract didn’t get the time to develop properly. Even though I drink lots and eat lots of tasty food, I struggle to grow and can’t digest food or absorb water very well.
I’m currently just under 1kg when a healthy kitten my age should weigh 2.3-2.8kg. This makes me feel very weak and I don’t have the energy to play and explore with Kilda. I also can get very dehydrated quickly and need emergency help from the vets to stay hydrated.
I’ve not been well since I was born so I can’t get insurance, which means all the tests and stays at the vet to help me hold on are getting very expensive. Although I am only 5 months old I have already needed over £5000 worth of vet bills from tests and emergency care.
If I can get strong enough I can get a faecal transplant to help my gut biome develop. This could potentially be life changing and give me the chance to live a life every kitten should. But first I need medical support to stay hydrated and put on weight.
I am looking for your support to help me get a fecal transplant treatment and to help me with emergency bills to keep me fighting.
In a year with so much loss my mum and dad, would be so grateful for your support in keeping their little Skye shining bright. Please help give me the chance to get bigger and stronger just like my sister Kilda!
