Hello and thank you for your support. My name is Suhaytie and I am raising money for my sister in law, Angelica Hurtado. She is only 20 years old and already at risk of losing her sight. She is in urgent need of surgery for her astigmatism related “uncorrected refractive error”. This unexpected medical condition has brought on so much stress and financial issues for our family. Angelica’s ophthalmologist has warned us that stress can cause a buildup of fluid behind the eyes which will expedite her loss of sight. For this reason, we are coming together to raise money so that we may alleviate the financial burden that this surgery has caused.
