As most of you know our dear friend “Little Shaun” sadly past away a few days ago. He was well known and loved by all that knew him in Reading, as far as we know Shaun wasn’t in contact with his family. He was adopted at birth and told us he had lost touch with his adoptive parents. All of the people he came and saw on a daily basis in and around Reading town centre were his family, helping him out with a couple of quid or some cigarettes, he was such a kind and gentle man. We are asking are asking for those that knew and loved Shaun just as much as we did to please make a donation. We would like to get some flowers for Shaun’s funeral and perhaps a memorial plaque. If we have money left over this will be donated to the Spina Bifida charity in Shaun’s name. I have been friends with Shaun for 17 years as have many of you, he is one of Reading’s own so let’s give him the send off he deserves. Many of you have asked what the arrangements for his funeral are, I will update you when I find out. No one should leave this earth without a good send off so let’s all do our best to get to our target goal for our friend Shaun.
