Hello, family and friends. Please welcome our newborn girl, Savannah Marilyn Merritt! She was born on September 11 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She is currently fighting Hyperinsulinism. Her body is making too much insulin, causing her sugar to drop to critical levels. We were relocated to ECU's childrens hospital 6 days after she was born, and we have no idea when we will be able to take our baby girl home.

Unfortunately, we have begun to fall on hardships that no one could have predicted. We have been trying to handle everything and thought we were prepared. However, things are beginning to be overwhelming, as we see no ending date and expenses keep coming.

The funding will go to help with transportation, food, and necessities for baby Savannah. Through this time of hardship, we thank everyone for the love and support. Anything can help. If you aren't able to please pray for our family in the tough situation.
