‍ RICKY’S WALK FOR KOLE

On the 10th October Ricky, alongside a group of local supporters, are taking on an incredible 14-MILE WALK from Ellesmere Port Civic Hall all the way to Anfield Stadium, all to raise money towards getting Kole to America for his FDA-APPROVED treatment for Sanfilippo Syndrome Type A.

14 MILES of aching legs.

14 MILES of tired feet.

All for one special, rare and resilient little boy.

They’ll be taking on this challenge in fancy dress, hoping to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Kole’s Fight.

This is more than just a local community putting one step in front of the other. This is a community walking Kole all the way to America in spirit. So please if you can donate to help us achieve that goal.

Kole’s Story…

Kole was born unknowingly on the 4th July 2024, with a rare, genetic, neurodegenerative disease called Sanfilippo Syndrome- more commonly referred to as Childhood Dementia. Due to the trajectory of the disease, everything he has worked so hard to learn will be taken from him.

In April, he was given the terminal diagnosis with a NO CURE label. Since that diagnosis on the 17th September the FDA Approved a gene therapy treatment that will completely change his diagnosis, along with his mid teen life expectancy. So now more than ever before, we need to raise money to pay for the treatment Kole so desperately needs privately over in America.
