Little legs climb Snowdon for Felix
Donation protected
A week ago a close friend’s 2 year old son was diagnosed with trilateral retinoblastoma, which is a very rare cancer of the eyes. It’s so rare that there are only 2 hospitals in the UK that can deal with it and there have only been 3 cases in the last 10 years. In order to save his life he must have an eye removed and several months of aggressive chemotherapy in Great Ormond Street hospital to attack the cancer. His and his families life has been turned upside down in this short space of time and they are having to spend several days a week in London for surgery and treatment for the foreseeable future.
On the 5th of September Oscar (11) and Jake (6) will be climbing Snowdon with their 78 year old grandpa, my brother and I!
Originally not thinking they can make it to the top, they are now climbing it to raise money for their friends family to make the next few months of hardship a little easier, and are more determined than ever to hit the summit!
Any donation would be gratefully received and we promise to prove the mission success with pictures on the day!
