Little League Nationals

We won The Ontario Intermediate Little League baseball Championships. We where told early on that if we won than all cost where covered. A day after winning we where informed that all the boys are responsible for hotel and food costs. If  our little league district official didn't know the drill and we have a bunch of families that can not afford the balance. Owing as well as baggage costs . We would be on the road for 8 days and kids traveling on their own with the two coaches and managers. All the boys are 13 years old and obviously considered minors. To make this happen we have a window of three days to make this happen. This is an amazing opportunity and a life changing experience for most of these kids. We would be representing Ontario in Langley BC.  Any help would be welcome!
