Little Hazel's Road to Recovery

Hello everyone, I am Logan’s twin sister. Hazel is the almost two year old daughter of Zack and Logan. Around 18 months old, when little Hazel began her journey learning to walk, there was some concern with her limping and falling over.

The family then discovered Hazel has Hip Dysplasia and would need to undergo surgery, travel a ways to various doctor appointments, imaging check ups and months of wearing casts. As anything in the medical field goes, it adds up quick! Hazel successfully completed each round of this process so far and is anticipated for cast removal in February- yay!

As they are settling in and adjusting to life with a baby and a toddler in a cast, their main focus should be their girls, not the weight of bills. Hazel still has a long road to go, with therapy and relearning to walk but we know she will continue to power through and smile every step of the way.
