Hi everyone

In April I will be running the London Marathon for Little Gate, a small charity based in East Sussex that helps young adults with learning disabilities and autism get into paid employment.

Little Gate want to break the stigma surrounding autism, they show that everyone has the right to train for, find and thrive in paid employment, something that isn’t highlighted in many of our communities. They work with families and businesses across East Sussex and Kent to make this vision a reality.

Only 6% of adults with Autism are in paid employment. Unfortunately there isn’t enough funding or support for young people with disabilities once they reach adulthood. This is something we realised once my younger brother, who has autism, finished education.

Any donations would be really appreciated to help this amazing charity who do such important work and help change lives!
