Lymphedema issue help for lengthy medical issue

Hi, I have suffered for 5 years now. Medical condition that is called lymphedema. It has taken 4 1/2 years and 2 hospital stays. Including this year. For doctors to finally diagnose it. Not contagious, after effect from a minor surgery. I have had to buy a lot of wound care and most recent hospital stay. Has left me over 20 different medical accounts. I am on fixed income. I have tried to consolidate bills. Until I can barely make all monthly payments. During this lost my home and savings are gone. I'm just trying to cover bases. As well as get some smaller bills, finally paid off. So I can keep my head above water. Condition causes uncontrolled swelling in feet and legs. Please help move things the right way again if you can.
