Beautiful Young Soul Needs Help

Who Is My Daughter?

Ella Danielle Mamann is a loving, vibrant, and compassionate five-year-old girl who adores her big brother and father. Her teachers and schoolmates cherish her, and she is a bright light in this world.
Ella Danielle is the daughter of Ari and granddaughter of Teres Mamann the sister of Rita Shahin.

What Happened?

On February 5th, Ella and her brother Prince were being picked up from school. She was safely buckled in the back seat next to her big brother and father, the three of them safely buckled in the rear seat as a close family friend was driving. Ella was excitedly telling her father about her wonderful day at school as they were about to pull into their driveway.

Suddenly, a van—driven by someone reaching for a cell phone—swerved into oncoming traffic at over 70 miles per hour and slammed into the left rear quarter panel of their car. Ella’s father suffered three fractured vertebrae in his neck, and beautiful little Ella sustained a skull fracture due to the collision and a faulty airbag, resulting in a traumatic brain injury (TBI).

She was rushed to the trauma center alongside her father and brother, where she had to undergo two emergency brain surgeries in an attempt to save her life. For two weeks, her condition was touch-and-go as she battled a high fever and extreme swelling. By the grace of God—a complete miracle—she survived.

However, Ella can no longer walk, talk, or even hold her head up. She is a beautiful, vibrant young girl with her whole life ahead of her, and she deserves the opportunity to live a full life. She still needs at least one more surgery to replace a large piece of her skull.

Why Stem Cell Treatment?

Stem cell therapy is an emerging treatment option for traumatic brain injury, with studies showing it can help promote brain repair and improve recovery. For a five-year-old girl with TBI, stem cell therapy could:
1. Reduce Inflammation – Stem cells help decrease brain inflammation, a major cause of ongoing damage after a TBI.
2. Promote Neuroregeneration – Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have the ability to stimulate the repair and growth of new neurons and brain tissue.
3. Improve Cognitive and Motor Function – Clinical trials show that stem cell therapy can improve memory, learning, coordination, and movement after brain injuries.
4. Enhance Blood Flow and Oxygen Supply – Stem cells support the repair of damaged blood vessels, improving oxygen delivery to injured brain areas.
5. Support Neuroplasticity – By creating a better environment for healing, stem cell therapy helps the brain rewire itself and regain lost functions.

Timing is critical. The sooner the treatment is administered, the better. Swelling continues to cause ongoing damage, but stem cells immediately work to reduce inflammation and promote healing.

What Are the Costs?

The first treatment will cost $20,000, and a total of three to five treatments will be needed.
