Our Little Chief Delaia has a story of perseverance at just 11-years-old. When she was only 6-years-old she battled Leukemia and overcame it after two years of treatment. A few weeks ago, Delaia received unfortunate news and is currently in the hospital receiving treatment for Leukemia, again, a second time. She is in Spokane away from her family and classmates at Lee Elementary. This has been a huge interruption for her and her family who have been traveling to see her and staying in lodging as they can make do. East Wenatchee employees are coming together with this GoFundMe to invite the community to lift up our Little Chief and her family with unexpected expenses of medical, gas, food and hotels. Delaia is the second oldest sibling of four children with her parents Esteban and Enid. We know our Little Chief is strong. Let's lift her and her family up during this difficult time. #DelaiaStrong
