Our tiny friend Cheese was born with an enlarged heart, or more specifically PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosis)

Its a congenital condition that pushes blood back into the lungs until inevitable heart failure.

If left untreated Cheese will die around the 1-2 yeas old.

The good news is that there is a procedure to fix it, and because its not caused by underyling disease, once we have it done she will be 100% CURED and Cheese will live for many years to come!

Because Cheese is only 2.5 pounds, we need a specialist that is able to perform the procedure on a dog this small and unfortunately he doesn't come cheap.

I feel really guilty taking other peoples money, if this goes over I will be donating the rest to a no kill shelter (we are still researching this, as we thought we had a lot

more time, but receipts of everything WILL be provided)
