Little Charley’s Dental Fund

Even though Little Charley the troublemaker from across the street lost sixteen teeth last June, it’s time for more extractions. And the bad part, he needs to see a doggie dental specialist this time around as he has an oronasal fistula requiring surgical repair. It doesn’t just sound expensive, it is.

It goes without saying, a pet parent should weigh the pros and cons before spending a bundle on a twelve year old wiener’s health issues. To say the least, I didn’t hesitate. Even as ornery and sassy as LC is, the pros far outweigh the cons. He is my life, the one stable force that keeps me going and I need him as much as he needs me (he won’t admit it, but I know he does). Mr Bossy Pants is my dysfunctional family.
