Hi, my name is Sham Khanaja. I am 60 years old, I have been running a Little Caesars Franchise in Mississauga, Canada for the last 24 years of my life. During COVID, they were forcing me to upgrade the store which cost me $200,000. I was not able to afford this upgrade. I hired two lawyers. Surya from Aastha Law and Kuldip Bhojian from Pannu Law Office, they both misguided me and cost me another $30,000+. I was invited to go to a franchisee conference meeting in Las Vegas. I thought this would be my opportunity to talk with the headquarters. I took loans to buy the ticket. When I reached there I got a welcome envelope and talked to the CEO Dave, I told him about my story and he told me he would solve the issues. When I went to meet him again, he told me to talk to his secretary and then they kicked us out.
Since I couldn't upgrade the store, Little Caesars sued me and forced me to leave my store behind including all equipment. I requested them to be able to sell the store, but they did not let me.
After I lost my store, I was under depression and stress for almost 1 year. I still haven't fully recovered, I need people to support me so I can fight for my right. I need these funds to hire a good lawyer who can work with me to open the file against Little Caesars. If there is anyone who can help us, please contact me. I will fight until I get justice.
