Little Boston Terrier needs surgery

My name is Ruby. I'm fund raising for Sukoshi (Skoh-shee) a Boston Terrier, 4 months old and weighs 5 pounds. Her siblings from the litter of 7 weigh more than twice as much. They were emergency C-section puppies and I think she was always the smallest of the litter.

When Sukoshi was 4 days old I noticed she had a partially prolapsed rectum and urinary incontinence so I immediately took her to my veterinarian. Her issues have not gotten better and I have this precious girl hoping to fix her rectal/urinary problems. My vet and I decided it was time to get an ultrasound on her and so we now can see the problem is her bladder is poorly positioned and pushing on her colon causing it to partially prolapse. Surgical consult was done, she needs to be older and bigger before they can do surgery but it is fixable. I have 3-4 months to raise $5,000 and I need any help you can give me to provide a better quality of life for this ( very healthy in every other way) little female Boston puppy.
