Little Billy Funeral expenses

UPDATE: Our hearts are in mourning as Little Billy passed away last night. I have changed the title of this to funeral and travel expenses. As they live in Mississippi there will be a funeral there and the cost of cremation is through the roof. Also Billy would like to take his son to Baltimore where he was born and raised and many family await a memorial. We appreciate all the help you are able to give to help with these expenses. Please continue to keep my brother in your prayers. Thank you all so much.

My brother's son, Little Billy, is in the ICU in Hattiesburg Mississippi. 

Little Billy's blood oxygen levels dropped to below 40 with temperatures of 101 +. He was transported to ICU in picayune where he was placed on a ventilator and multiple heavy medications. 

After 14 days he couldn't stay on a ventilator any longer. The only way to keep him ventilated was to give him a tracheotomy operation for a new ventilator and that required moving him to another hospital. 

They weren't going to move him because his condition was so bad. But, they did end up moving him to a bigger hospital in a bigger town, Hattiesburg. They live in Picayune, Mississippi. 

Within hours he was taken off almost all the medication, taken off of the ventilator and was breathing on his own. 

A Pure Miracle!

That was just a couple of days ago. He is still in Hattiesburg and in ICU and we want to thank God that he is off the ventilator and conscious! 

Now there's a struggle of recovery. Recovery usually takes longer than the issue to begin with. He's going to have to stay in the hospital for a short while, then get home (or nursing care) for physical therapy and will have in-home health care. 

All the while my brother has to continue working to keep the bills paid, when there used to be 2 incomes in the house, now it's just him doing it all.
