Rustin Gates battling cancer

I visited the Iowa State fair on Tuesday to watch a fiddling family called ‘The Fiddling Gates’

the entire entertainment venue was packed to the rafters with salt of the earth people listening to this family sing and play and speak the words of grace, I had just traveled across the country to see this family place and sing about the good, clean, pure and possible promises that our father in heaven promises all of us. I soon learned that this family was in between visits to the hospital where their little 2 1/2 year old grandson has been battling the pain of bone cancer and how difficult it had become for this little guys parents to treat him, yet I watch this little boys brave father get up in front of the crowd at the Iowa State Fair and play the fiddle, and then I looked in his eye as his grandfather explained to me why they had to leave the venue to go back to the cancer wing to relieve his wife from standing watch over their baby. I listened to grandfather assure me that though everything is surely in the hands of our creator and how this was accepted with grace and humility, the famiky and friends were intent on staying there course for as long as they needed to and then some. I thought only of praying for them and so I have been and I ask everyone also to joint in prayer for the little baby boy Gates. This family is going to need some help financially and spiritually as well as physically. Our california office staff and their friends will pray and send financisl help and we will push this message out to all we know and ask them to do the same. It’s 4am, I’m jumping a plane back home, I’ll get pictures of this baby boy and update details, until then I’m asking for prayers and financial support for this family. Please lend a hand
