Litter Picking Cheerleaders to get to Florida

Hi,

We're Skye (12) and Alicia (10) from Brampton, Rotherham.

We're Cheerleaders and Dancers for our club Rotherham Cheerleading Academy.

We've worked really hard for the last few years now and have been given the most amazing opportunity to compete with some of our teams on the all star world championships in Florida!

We are trying to raise some money to help our parents pay for some of our uniform and equipment. We had a think about what we could do and decided we wanted to do something good for our community too, as well as hopefully raise a little bit of money and spread the word about the club we're so proud to be part of.

We've decided at least once a week we're going to go out and about litter picking in communities across Rotherham. We're going to focus on parks, fields and play areas that the local children might play at.

We're open to suggestions on where to go and we're going to post updates on here and our Facebook page.

You might spot us in your area soon (we'll be wearing our RCA tops).

We'd really appreciate anything you can spare and we really hope you think we're doing a good job and hopefully making your area a little bit cleaner
