Major accident in Crandall
Donation protected
If you live in or around Crandall, TX, there is a very good chance that you know Lisa Torres, an employee at the Shell gas station, on Hwy 175 & FM 148.
On Friday, April 27th, Lisa was involved in a major accident, where she was hit by another vehicle that ran a stop sign. Lisa was rushed to the ER in Sunnyvale, with multiple injuries, some of which required surgery.
Some of her injuries include 2 broken ankles, 2 broken ribs & a broken knee. She has since been transferred to Baylor hospital for these necessary surgeries.
Lisa will be bound to a wheelchair for most of her recory, which could be several months, at the very least.
Lisa lives alone & will now need help with daily activities & most definitely will not be able to work for a while, leaving her without a way to pay her bills in the meantime.
As her neighbor & friend, I wanted to do what I could for her, along with the volunteers that we have pulled together to help with various things for Lisa. If there is ANY amount that you could possibly contribute to help her in this unfortunate & devastating time, it would be very much appreciated. If you're unable to donate please help us by sharing as much as you can to help get the word out. Her family & I all thank you so much!
