Lisa's Stem Cell Injection

In early 2015, Lisa's body was rejecting the bladder mesh she had implanted 4 years earlier.  The doctors found that the mesh had imbedded itself in a large amount of her vaginal canal and groin tissue.  After a long and gueling surgery, a medical material to regrow the tissue was implanted, which her body also rejected.  
Six weeks after surgery, she was not able to walk.  She was wheelchair bound.  After steroid injections and multiple therapies, she now is able to walk, sometimes on her own, sometimes with the use a cane.  
After numerous attempts to find medical help and undergoing multiple procedures, it was determined that because so much tissue was damaged and entrapped, it affected three nerves in her leg, groin, and pelvic area.  
The scar tissue  is in the shape of a spider web and is strangling her nerves.  She is in severe chronic pain every day.
There is no corrective treatment for her condition.  She has had over 45 steroid injections in her legs, spine, groin, vaginal area, and hips, and is on numerous medications, which only temporarily lessen the pain.  
Her doctors are recommending a Stem Cell Injection that is not covered by insurance.  While there is no cure for her nerves being strangled, the the Stem Cell Injection will  help regrow tissue using her own cells and will do a "wash" over her brain's pain sensors making the pain less severe.  The injection will decrease her pain by 30-70%. This is her last ditch effort to lessen the daily constant pain.
The cost of the Stem Cell Injection is $10,000, and she is half way there, she needs $5,000 more to fully pay for the injection.
Injection is scheduled for February 10th, 2017.
