Lisa’s Battle against Breast Cancer

This “Go Fund Me” campaign has been started on behalf of our friend Lisa Ricchino.
Lisa has recently been diagnosed with Invasive Carcinoma Ductal Breast Cancer and although the prognosis is promising, the treatment and recovery period is sure to be very long and difficult.
That process will begin on January 23, 2017, when Lisa will undergo a Double Mastectomy as the first step in her fight to beat this horrible disease… With a reconstruction surgery date still dependent on the outcome of this first procedure; doctors have advised Lisa that she should plan on 8 -12 weeks fora recovery period.
For those of you who don’t know, Lisa is the sole proprietor of her own salon in Chagrin Falls and she has been informed that she will not be able to work at all during the recovery period… 8 -12 weeks off of work is an eternity for anyone, however 2-3 months of lost income can cripple a small business not to mention personal accounts.
The purpose of this campaign is to raise money to aid Lisa and her two children (Cody and Jada) until such time that Lisa can begin to work and is able to return to normal activity. The funds raised will be used to cover day to day expenses and medical bills. We are asking that give what you can and if you are unable to donate at this time, please forward this message on to others who may be able to help.
