Lisa's Memorial Fund

It is with great sadness that the family of Lisa Nicoletti announces she passed away suddenly on her birthday, July 3rd, 2019, at the age of 49 years old at her home in Morgan, UT. She always had a flair for the dramatic and incredible poetic ease, and she showed us that by leaving us on the very day she was born.

Lisa had many accomplishments in life, though some that she was most proud of included: graduating cum laude from Westminster College with a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, being an Autism Specialist at Valley Mental Health/CBTU for seven years, a pre-tial screener for Salt Lake County Criminal Justice Services for eight years, a helpful, guiding aide and substitute teacher, and of course a dedicated mother.

Lisa was a gorgeous soul - a supportive, loving mother, a caring daughter, a wise sister, and a reliable friend. Whenever you had a problem in life, Lisa was there to offer you a shoulder to cry on or some hard words of wisdom to set you on the right course. She truly was an authentic person, touching each person she met with endless generosity, honesty, humility and compassion.

We hope everyone in the time to come remembers all the good parts of Lisa - her fiery, hardworking spirit, contagious smile and laugh, her unyielding passion for knowledge and her insurmountable love for her family and friends.

Wherever you are, Momma, I'm sure you're kicked back with your feet up, eating a popsicle, reading a good book and watching the sunset. We miss you so much; you are gone too soon. You will live on forever in our hearts and memories.

Lisa is survived in death by her children: Kaden Andreason (from former marriage with Jeff Andreason), and Tony Nicoletti (from former marriage with Louie Nicoletti), her parents: Linda and Eddie Nelson, her sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Bob Shipley, and nephew Christian Shipley.

A service for the celebration of Lisa's life will be held at Big Cottonwood Creekside Park Pavilion on Friday, July 26th, 2019 from 4pm to 9pm. The address is: 1592 East Murray Holladay Rd, Holladay, UT 84117. Casual dress. Please join us and share your memories of this wonderful woman.

Donations received will go toward funeral costs and financial support of the family.
